Sustainability is a strategic thrust of LBBW and the bank’s vehicle fleet contributes to reducing CO2 emissions. In this context, the topic of electromobility was specifically promoted at LBBW, the proportion of plug-in hybrids and electric cars in the fleet was increased, and investments were made in the expansion of the charging infrastructure at the Stuttgart site. MAHLE chargeBIG supported LBBW in this effort.

Installation of the charging points by a chargeBIG partner. Connection to the grid and cabling provided by the customer.
Implementation of a dynamic and phase-individual load management as well as realization of a connection via UPC-UA to the building control system
Use of the 36 charging points by the company car fleet and visitors
Billing of the charging points is currently not yet desired, but the charging points can be unlocked and locked with a key circuit.
