The scalable chargeBIG charging infrastructure relies on charging capacities of up to 7kW to charge many vehicles in parallel at one location. Through intelligent and dynamic load management, the available total power is distributed in a grid-friendly and intelligent manner. The basic idea of chargeBIG is: “Charging as fast as necessary, not as fast as possible”. Therefore, chargeBIG is the ideal charging solution for parking areas on which many electric vehicles stand for a longer time, such as at airports or trade fairs, in company parking lots, at fleet operators, in hubs of city logistics, in the housing industry or in large public car parks.
